01. Provider and scope
Roemi is provided by Shenzhen Qingyuanzi Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市青元子科技有限公司). Questions: [email protected]. These terms cover Roemi’s collection, capture, viewing and sharing features and this product website. For the App Store license, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store listing supplies a custom license.
02. What Roemi offers
Roemi helps you capture supported objects and spaces, view 3D models, add names and notes, organize collections, open supported shared files and export models or a backup. Features depend on the device, iOS version, available storage and the current release. This site describes an iOS preview; it does not represent that public App Store distribution has already begun.
03. Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you already have in the photos, models and notes you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to capture and share a place, person, object or copyrighted design. Roemi’s features do not grant ownership of someone else’s work. We do not claim ownership of your scans and do not require a license to publish them merely because you store them locally.
04. Use capture safely
Pay attention to your surroundings while looking through the camera. Do not enter restricted spaces or disturb other people to make a scan. Keep the subject still where the selected capture mode requires it and follow the instructions shown in the app. Do not use Roemi for unlawful surveillance, infringement, harassment, harmful content or interference with the app and its security.
05. Realistic expectations
Scans are visual memories. Their geometry, colors, dimensions, volumes and completeness can be approximate or wrong. Lighting, reflective or transparent surfaces, object size and motion affect reconstruction. Roemi is not a surveying, construction, medical, forensic or safety-measurement tool. We do not promise a perfect replica, uninterrupted processing or the recovery of files that were never backed up.
06. Local files and backups
You control local files and any exports you make. Maintain an independent backup before replacing a device, deleting the app or making an important change. “Keep a memory” is the product’s purpose, not a guarantee of permanent cloud custody. Roemi does not provide cloud storage in this release. A subscription does not increase the capacity of your device or Apple account.
07. Free access and subscriptions
Free access includes 2 object scans and 2 space scans. A valid Plus subscription removes the app’s scan-count restriction during its term. View, organization, sharing and export of existing memories remain available after Plus ends. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, restoration and cancellation are described in our subscription terms and in Apple’s confirmation before purchase. The website does not accept payments.
08. Changes, support and your rights
We may improve features or correct defects, subject to your paid entitlements and applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be shown with an updated date and notice where required. Contact us for support. Any limits on warranties or liability are subject to mandatory consumer law and do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits your applicable statutory cancellation, refund, privacy or other consumer rights. Disputes may be brought before the courts or authorities that mandatory local law makes available to you.
