Email [email protected]. Include Roemi’s version, your device and iOS version, what you expected and what happened. Please avoid sending a private room scan, a face, personal documents or payment details unless the issue really requires it. Opening the email link creates a draft; you choose whether to send it.
02. Current availability
Roemi is currently an iOS preview. Public App Store availability will be announced on this website. There is no public download link or web checkout at this stage. Preview builds may change, so export backups of important memories.
03. Getting a better space scan
Use even light and move slowly around a stationary room. Keep watching the live mesh so you can revisit missing areas. Avoid sweeping the camera quickly or repeatedly scanning mirrors and windows. A scan needs several different views; seeing the room through the camera alone does not mean the whole room has been captured.
04. When a model looks incomplete
Try viewing the whole model and changing the display mode first. If color or geometry is missing, the source may not contain enough reliable observations. Rescan with steadier movement and better light. Reconstruction cannot restore surfaces that were never seen, and shiny, transparent or very small details may remain imperfect.
05. Back up your memories
Share individual 3D files or use Export Backup from the app. Store the result somewhere you control, then confirm you can access it. Restore Purchases only restores subscription access, not models. Uninstalling the app or losing a device can remove the only local copy.
06. Purchase help
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage cancellation in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem. If there is no active entitlement, Roemi must not show a successful restoration.
